Any number of "buffalos" is acceptable to form a grammatically correct sentence. Essentially it means Buffalos (the animal) buffalo (or bully) other Buffalos who buffalo (bully) other buffalos and so forth. Once you start talking about "Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo." it is hard to stop, and often you may feel as though you are saying buffalo too often.
